A Deal at Every Level

Membership Rules

  1. Must be 21 years of age or older to participate.
  2. Membership in The Aces Club is non-transferable and, as such, the benefits are non-transferable.
  3. By participating in The Aces Club, participants agree to accept all rules, terms, and conditions set forth by Sky Ute Casino Resort.
  4. Club members are solely responsible for properly inserting their card into a machine or presenting it at tables games in order to become eligible for any points, bonuses, benefits, and privileges. Any play without proper card usage will not generate any associated points.
  5. Accounts with no player activity for six (6) consecutive months may have all associated points and other benefits deleted from the account.
  6. Accounts with no player activity for eighteen (18) consecutive months may be considered inactive and may be deleted from the player tracking system. Associated points and benefits may be forfeited.
  7. Club members are allowed only one account per person.
  8. Club members are responsible for notifying Sky Ute Casino Resort of all name, address, and email address changes in person, by email, or in writing.
  9. Management reserves the right to adjust any point balance resulting from malfunction, operator error, and/or fraud.
  10. When receiving any Club member benefits, you are required to present proper and valid photo identification.
  11. Lost or stolen cards should be reported immediately.
  12. Sky Ute Casino Resort is not responsible for lost, stolen or misused cards.
  13. New or replacement cards will only be issued with proper photo identification.
  14. It is against policy for a Club member to accrue points by distributing his/her card to other players. Fraudulent use of the card will result in loss of membership, the voiding of all points, and all privileges will be permanently revoked.
  15. Membership in The Aces Club is a privilege and may be revoked or canceled at the discretion of management.
  16. Club membership cards will remain the property of Sky Ute Casino Resort and must be returned upon request.
  17. Specific rules apply to Ace Tier members, please see your Host for additional information.
  18. All decisions and resolution of all disputes regarding The Aces Club including, but not limited to, the interpretation of the official rules and regulations, point accumulation and the requirements for eligibility for the program, lie solely with Sky Ute Casino Resort management whose decisions shall be final and binding.
  19. Management reserves the right to cancel, change, or revise The Aces Club terms and conditions, policies, rewards and benefits at any time without prior notice.
