Refund & Cancellation Policy

A reservation must be cancelled by 6pm local hotel time on the day of arrival. If a reservation is cancelled after 6pm on the arrival day the 1st night's stay, at the quoted rate plus tax, will be charged to the credit card holding the reservation. In some cases, a reservation will be made with a nonstandard cancellation policy. In such cases, we will alert you with the details of the cancellation policy prior to booking.
